How does Carmine's customer education help BMW owners in Summerville?
The main goal of educating customers is to provide them with knowledge, power, and freedom to choose repairs based on an expert's recommendation. That's why our technicians photograph and film the inspection process, pointing out BMW parts that need repair or maintenance. Then, they edit these images, adding text, and using circles and arrows to explain the highlighted parts and how they relate to the problem.
Finally, the edited content is sent to the customer, with room for clarification and questions. The goal of this approach is to have the customer understand their options and feel confident. This confidence helps the car owner plan, budget, and postpone repairs based on urgency.

Before I called I was aggravated with the dealership I felt that after purchasing and always dealing with them regarding my vehicle until that day they were always wonderful. But on that day I had to bring my car 3 times for them to figure out why I was receiving this particular error on the dash. Once they were able to retrieve the meaning I was told that it was a steering sensor and I needed a new steering column in order to replace the sensor. So of course I told them to go ahead and fix it please. The Blessing part about this is that they could not get the steering column part because they stopped making it. I was so annoyed because they didn't even suggest to fix the sensor they didn't offer any resolution I was just sent on my way. Yes I did report this to Ford. I was completely confused because I looked up how to replace a sensor also adding steering column replacement. I was informed that unless there was something wrong with the steering column there's no reason to replace the steering column. So I dropped to my knees and prayed and asked my Heavenly Father for assistance. I looked up all kinds of auto repair shops. Praying for assistance and believe it or not as clear as day The Lord said Carmines. Honestly I kelp looking because I never heard of them and I was just so worried about my car and the cost. So I went ahead and called spoke with Macy. She told me to bring it in and they would take a look. When I did she asked me questions that made a lot of sense. Was the steering wheel locking up was it hard to turn legitimately making sense. All no answers. They re ran a diagnostic on my car. Yes it was the sensor no the column was fine. And if the column was damaged they would help me get it fixed. Macy was absolutely accommodating and really helpful at easing my anxiety. I Thank The Lord that I was lead to them for help. I will continue to come to them for my automobile repair needs.
