Roadside Assistance Instructions

• Within 40 miles of Carmine's Import Service: Call 336-993-5506 or towing service at 336-993-3011. Please be sure to let the dispatcher know you are a member of the Luxe Bucks Reward Program.
• Outside service area: Call 1-866-541-9805, provide your information, pay for tow, and get reimbursed later.
• Coverage: Up to $150.00 per occurrence within a 12 month period.

Terms & Conditions

• Roadside Assistance renews annually with at least two services and $1,000 spent at Carmine's Import Service in the prior 12 months.
• Benefits provided at Carmine's discretion; subject to change.
• Excessive or improper use may result in benefit termination.
