I found Carmines through a Google search and took a chance on them. I was having trouble with my Infiniti QX60 that the dealer misdiagnosed. Carmines discussed my issues before I brought my vehicle to them. Then once I got there they immediately had a tech ride with me to understand the issue. After a thorough diagnostic they were able to pinpoint the issues the next day. I was very pleased with their collaboration and honestly while we figured out the root cause - which was NOT what the dealership said it was. I will bring my car to them again.
