They performed a thorough assessment and diagnostics. Proposed resolution to the check engine lights and additional services my vehicle needed. It was a lot of work but the promised to complete everything by the end of the day. Went past closing time but they stuck around and completed everything. Within the past months in 2026 Carmine and his mechanics have done some major work on my 2013 Nissan Rogue and I would like to repeat a review I left when I had work done in the past. This “old” review still holds true: … “Carmine is highly respected locally and nationally and by me for his expert staff and his high standards both as a businessman and a man of high morals who walks the talk of doing right by his customers and staff. I found him in 2020 when I settled in Kernersville and I would never place my driving safety (my life) into the hands of any other auto maintenance and repair staff except Carmine’s. He and his staff are the Real Deal. Unlike other businesses that only teach their staff to “say” kind words, Carmine and his staff actually sincerely “act and mean” the kind words. You will know the difference when you take your car to be serviced at Carmine’s.” … The work in 2026 was extensive and I could have purchased new rather than repair, but this vehicle has served me well, is worth keeping, and I knew that Carmine would be willing to take on the work, which was not easy!!

I found Carmines through a Google search and took a chance on them. I was having trouble with my Infiniti QX60 that the dealer misdiagnosed. Carmines discussed my issues before I brought my vehicle to them. Then once I got there they immediately had a tech ride with me to understand the issue. After a thorough diagnostic they were able to pinpoint the issues the next day. I was very pleased with their collaboration and honesty while we figured out the root cause - which was NOT what the dealership said it was. I will bring my car to them again.

We’ve been looking for a great, trusted mechanic since moving here a few years ago. Well, I’m happy to report that we found them! From my initial conversation with Connor, the shop manager, to the free ride home and delivery back to the car I couldn’t imagine a better experience. To boot, it was much more affordable than most places we’ve been, the place is spotless and I felt great about leaving my car there and jumping in for my first ever ride in a Tesla back to my house. Connor was great at explaining everything when we picked up the car. So, it is absolutely a five star for us.

We have just purchased a 2018 Maserati Levante with under 25,000 miles on it. We wanted to take it to a garage to have it looked over and see what all it needed. Carmine is wonderful. I love the system. They have set up to check the car out to text an email and let me know everything that needed to be done on the car which were just basic tuneup needs on a car with 25,000 miles. I got to see the cost of each individual thing that needed to be done or was recommended to be done and choose in order a priority how we wanted to go about with it. We chose to go ahead and have Carmine bring the car up-to-date and when I picked it up, it was like I was driving it brand new off the showroom floor. It runs like a dream and I have to be careful to use cruise control. Otherwise I might get in trouble but will continue to use Carmine. They have wonderful services and I’m looking forward to a long relationship.

Took my Porsche Cayenne in today for an oil change and general overview and check up. Very thorough and provided me a complete list of everything that is recommended …extremely professional operation. They are customer oriented and have a super clean facility. The car wash and the bottled water they left in the SUV upon completion was a nice touch.I would recommend them without hesitation.

My vehicle had failed the state inspection due to the check engine light display on my dashboard caused by a EVAP systems issue. I own an Alfa Romeo Giulia and I would have had to take it to the nearest dealership which is located in Charlotte. I was referred here by an employee's brother and the experience did not disappoint.
