I have taken my Tesla to Carmine's several times over the past few years. The service was excellent every time. Carmine explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated me with respect. I recomend the white glove service; it is absolutely worth it for the convenience.

I have to say - this team at Carmine's is amazing, from the customer service- detailed information - follow up - communication- care for your car - workmanship- knowledge, etc. This team is outstanding. I am so very grateful and satisfied I have finally found a complete service oriented and experienced mechanic and car care service and they will back up their work and get it right the first time. And if they can't - they will let you know too. They are up front and tell you what the issues are - what to expect in short and long term and they will work with you as well. Awesome shop. Helped me fix my son's Cadillac. Their communication was on point and there was no pressure, only fixed what was wrong. They did a thorough inspection and came up with all the typical needs. Only presented them with no pressure at all. It was refreshing.
