Brought my 2020 mini cooper in for an oil change. While there, they notices the air and cabin filters were never replaced. Although it was an expensive trip, they explained the amount of labor involved to replace them. I did some research because I was never their before and their price was in line with the dealer would charge. The staff was professional and ill be bring my car back again.
