Jacob and the team took exceptional care of the Porsche 928 I just purchased. They went over the car with a fine toothed comb and identified everything that needed attention segregating the items into immediate and future. After reviewing their findings, I authorized the work I wanted completed and they took care of it. The customer service is top notch with great communication. They bend over backwards to take care of everything. They even cleaned my car nicely before I picked it up. I found their pricing to be very competitive with other independent shops and with their incredible expertise, this is the go-to shop for Porsches.

I brought my 2014 range rover to Carmines auto import after I purchased the vehicle and realized I had some serious issues. The car drove like it was about blow up and it felt like I had no control while driving on the highway. 👏BEST DECISION EVER👏 I received a call from the shop and they explained every issue and their plan to fix it. After a few days I got a message saying "she's ready" and that describes the vehicle perfectly. The speed, the power, the control , they fixed it all. I have used Carmine's Import Service for many years and have been completely satisfied with them. They do a great job explaining what needs to be done and why. The quality of their work is outstanding. Never had any issues.
