Carmine Cupani – Bosch Authorized / ASE Certified Technician / Business Manager |
| Carmine has been serving the European car community of the Triad since 1999. He opened his downtown Kernersville full-service shop in the fall of 2008. Carmine holds several ASE certifications, a Bosch Certification and is trained in several European makes. He also has a degree in Information Technology and is Microsoft Certified, so he can understand, diagnose and repair your new-car technology better than anyone in the area. Carmine’s understanding of CAN-BUS topology associated with most late-model vehicle electrical systems is second to none in the Triad. Because of his experience with technology, he is constantly making sure the shop is equipped with the latest factory or factory-level diagnostic equipment that will not only help diagnose problems right the first time, but save the customer unnecessary diagnostic charges. Carmine is married to a former Army Officer and has a four and a half year-old daughter and a 14 month old son. He enjoys spending time with his family, driving BMWs with his father (Carmine Sr.) at Virginia International Raceway with the BMW Car Club and watching Family Guy and Seinfeld. Carmine drives a Fiat 500 for his daily driver and a BMW 325i for is High Performance Driving Schools.

| Paul Lee – Parts/Office Manager |
| Paul has over 21 years of experience working in the Triad with the European automotive community. He has extensive knowledge in automotive repair and parts for European autos. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Information and Library Science which is useful in keeping the shop organized and efficient. Paul enjoys vintage BMW 2002s and bicycle riding. Paul drives a Saab for daily duty and a BMW 2002 for pleasure.

| Brian Fowler – Service Advisor |
| Brian has many years in the automotive service business specializing in European autos. Brian appreciates all types of cars with his favorite being BMWs. Brian has worked for acclaimed BMW performance retailers and is very knowledgeable about performance and track driving. Brian joined our team in 2011 serving the service and repair needs of our customers. He is the first face you will see in 2011 when walking through the front door. Brian is married with a son and drives a modified E30 BMW 325is with a stroker engine conversion and a Saab 900s for daily use. Brian holds a Bachelors degree from UNCG and is ASE Certified.

| David Gibson – Lead ASE Certified Automotive Technician |
| David has experience with European vehicles since 2001. He also has a strong automotive background in General Motors, Toyota, Honda, Ford and Chrysler, and is ASE certified in several areas. David is interested in the latest automotive technology including the new Hybrid vehicles. He is married with a five-year-old daughter and enjoys spending time with his family and riding dirt bikes. David drives an 8.1 Liter Suburban, and a Honda Enduro motorcycle for daily drivers. I believe we will soon have him on a BMW Motorad. |
| Juan Carlos Hernandez – Foreign Automotive Specialist |
| Carlos joined our team in 2009 and comes from a family of european car pros. Carlos strengths are engine and transmission replacements and he is constantly wanting to learn new things in the shop. Carlos also speaks Spanish and drives a VW as his daily driver. He knows how to do just about anything he puts his mind to. |

| Steven joined our team in 2012. His background is strong in European automobiles and we look forward to working with him in the years to come.

| John Cupani – Customer Service Specialist, Service Advisor Assistant |
| John Cupani, brother of Carmine, takes care of our customer service needs and also plays a part in a Service Advisor Assistant to Brian Fowler. Chances are you have talked with John on the telephone if you have been here for service before. John will take the time to call our customers to ensure their visit was pleasant and make sure all there concerns were addressed during their visit. John is single and holds a degree in Culinary Arts and has worked professionally and many fine restaurants in the Triad.
